I purchased this truck recently so I didn't know the history behind problems. I found out I had a broken bolt on my starter. I was leaving for a family reunion that made me nervous to take it but I needed the camper. Spencer got me in quickly and was successful in extracting a stripped out bolt and the other 2 bolts were loose. Grateful for the quick response and great work. I also appreciated the pictures included with work completed. Had a 5 star experience!
